Itinerary -
Day 01: Leh (3500 m)
Arrive in Leh airport and transfer to hotel. Full day rest and acclamitization. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 02: Leh (3500 m)
Today you start exploring the Indus valley. You will drive to Shey, Thiksey and Hemis gompa (monastery). Return to the hotel by afternoon. Rest of the day at leisure for exploring the local market and shopping. Overnight in a hotel.
Day 03: Leh – Phey – Nimo – Leh
On this day we will start early and after a short drive reach Phey. From here we will have a safety briefing by the expert on the river run. Later we start the exciting river rafting on Indus till Nimo. On finishing the run we drive back to Leh. Evening at leisure. Overnight in a hotel
Day 04: Leh – Phyang (3500 m) Trek 5-6 hrs
On this day we will trek from Leh to Phyang. This day we will cross Phyang la 3700 m and reach Phyang. Overnight in a guest house/ homestay.
Day 05: Phyang – Khardung La (5602m) – Leh) Drive 3 hrs and
Today you will set out on a beautiful drive to Khardung La. On a clear day views of Indus valley below are phenomenal. After spending some time we will get involved in cycling on this extraordinary terrain. Arrive Leh and rest in the hotel. Overnigh in the hotel.
Day 06: Leh
Get breakfast.

Transport Options (Delhi – Leh – Delhi)
By Air: For travel between Delhi and Leh, the advised mode is the flights that ply between these two places. There are a number of flights that operate on this sector with all of them being early in the morning to take advantage of the clear weather over Leh. In case you are travelling from outside Delhi, it would be best to stay in Delhi the previous night to catch the connecting flight the next day. As flights in this sector tend to be expensive, you are advised to book early to get the best fares.
WEATHER DETAILS
Season for this trip is from mid-June to September. In the early season from month of June to August in Spiti valley we will have sunny days. Days are generally going to be sunny and warm (12-22 °C) while the night temperature would be in the range of 3 to 10 °C. In the latter part of the season (Sep) the days are sunny with day temperatures hovering around (12-18 °C) and the evenings start getting cold and temperatures are between (0 to 8 °C).

Adding to the enthusiasm of the journey, a full day trek is organized from Leh to Phyang, crossing the Phyang La(3700m).
